Gәncәli Plaza Baku

Very disappointing stay. The room we were given was not the same as the one advertised on the hotel website when booked. we asked the receptionist, no clear answer instead misleading information. Hotel room is very old , the bathroom door wouldn't close unless it is pushed forcefully which make big disturbance especially at night. Curtains are not covering the window space properly and it is not blackout, so light entering room also disturb sleep. Overall hotel not recommended as it lacks proper maintenance and attention to guest comfort.

Great hotel! Checked in quickly. The location is excellent, with lots of shops, cafes, parks, and shopping malls nearby. The rooms are large and clean. The breakfast was decent. We'll be back, thank you!

It is the best hotel of my trip. Nushaba is very friendly and polite. She helped us a lot.

The hotel was okay. The rooms are very old, but clean. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the breakfast. It was the same every day with very little choice. No fresh coffee. So we ate breakfast somewhere else. The location is very good. You can reach all the sights on foot.
