Best Western Hotel Expo

The hotel is ideally located for sightseeing in Brussels. The Atomium is a 5-minute walk away. There's a tram stop just around the corner, offering a convenient and affordable 20-minute tram ride to the city center. The hotel provides free parking in its courtyard.

Hotel very, very well located

The only positive thing about this hotel is the location. Otherwise, many disappointments, especially for the price! Cleanliness needs improvement, the toilet hadn't been flushed when we arrived, there was hair in the tea and coffee making facilities, a previous guest's earring was on the floor, and the curtain let in far too much light. Breakfast was very disappointing!! Everything was practically empty when we arrived, and the croissants were terrible! If I had known, I wouldn't have paid extra for breakfast...

So, what can I say... We stayed there on April 11, 2026, for one night. The tone was set right from the entrance! The carpet was filthy, the room very small (which wasn't a major issue). However, the hairdryer had been haphazardly glued back on, the shower tray crumbled when you showered, and the toilet was clean but not spotless as it should be. The worst part, though, was the breakfast: the rolls were incredibly hard, we had to dip them to eat them, and the selection was minimal. There were about ten of us in the room, and there were only six slices of bread and six rolls. The croissants arrived piping hot, and there were only four of them. The gentleman at reception who was in charge of breakfast was wearing sandals with his toes showing (I find this inappropriate, especially since he's supposed to be impeccably dressed!). In short, we went there once and will never go back.

If you're looking for something small... small price, small breakfast, small service, and a very small room... staff in flip-flops and lost when there are 10 people in the breakfast room... Everything needs to be reviewed...

The hotel is located outside the city center, near the Atomium. A metro station and a tram stop are also nearby. We were very happy with our room. It was small, but adequate. It was also clean. You could even tilt the window open, and the air conditioning worked well. The bathroom was clean too. The staff at reception were friendly. The dark-skinned employee, in particular, was very friendly, and we had a fun chat with him. Breakfast was okay, but the food could have been fresher. There was definitely something for everyone. Overall, we were satisfied.

Don't book this hotel!!! The worse experience I had with cleaning and lack of response; they literally don't care! The room was dirty, hair everywhere, food crumbs everywhere...I complained and asked my refund the manager didn't respond (what they said) for the receptionist - so they gave me another room dirty again!! So the 3rd room dirty again!!! Unbelievable , disrespectful behaviour from management, staff don't do anything. I could say also( really small, and old) but would pass if was cleaned, but no! Don't stay there
