We had a wonderful stay at Tangla Hotel Brussels. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very relaxing. All the staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. A very special thank you to Khaled, who helped us by finding my wife’s wedding ring at the swimming pool and making sure it was returned safely. His honesty and kindness truly meant a lot to us and made our stay even more special. Thanks as well to the entire team for the warm hospitality and excellent service. We will definitely be happy to come back again!

⭐⭐ Be warned: on top of an already steep room rate, this hotel charges an additional €50 per night for your dog and €25 for a parking space – an absolutely unacceptable value for money. To add insult to injury, guests with dogs are assigned the “dog room” – notoriously the most neglected and poorly maintained room in any hotel. On a more positive note, the two upscale restaurants and a well-equipped gym are worth mentioning – if you ever make it past the bill.

Absolutely terrible service regarding the deposit refund. It's been over a week and I still haven't received anything. I'm constantly calling them, and they keep telling me they're sending emails, but seriously, they're quick to take the deposit money, but it takes over a week to get the refund. Never again.

A wonderful stay at the Tangla Hotel in Brussels! A huge thank you for the incredible welcome. The hotel is beautiful, clean, quiet, and truly top-notch, but what makes all the difference is the service. Special mention to Hafsa, who was simply exceptional. Incredibly kind, always smiling, attentive, and very professional, she greatly contributed to making our stay even more enjoyable. You can tell she loves her job, and that's truly delightful. And a very thoughtful touch that touched us deeply: upon returning to our room, we discovered a surprise for my wife's birthday, with chocolates, a little note, and a "Happy Birthday" decoration. A simple yet truly classy and memorable gesture. Honestly, I recommend it without hesitation. We will definitely be back!

A very expensive hotel (plus parking) in a rather unremarkable but relatively quiet area, with easy access to the subway station. The rooms were okay, but could have been better for the price. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was very poor.
