Disastrous two-day stay (July 29-31, 2026) I endured an infernal sex noise all night long, and the staff did absolutely nothing to fix it. I couldn't sleep a wink and had to drive off to relax. The next day, the noise started again at 9:00 AM. I went downstairs and made my position very clear. I demanded they stop it within 15 minutes, or I'd leave and get a full refund! Instead, they forced me to move and change rooms mid-stay, which solved absolutely nothing! And the receptionist (who was dark-skinned) proudly told me that they had also paid and that they couldn't do anything to stop it! The result: two sleepless nights, impossible to get a full night's sleep. Unacceptable inaction from the staff and service unworthy of this standard. Slow Wi-Fi, the staff look at you sideways and don't even speak French, even though I'm Belgian… Always the feeling of being a bother. The bathroom: the grout is rotten, black, and there are stains in the bathtubs. In the morning, they don't offer to refill the coffee, tea, or sugar, or provide fresh towels. There was no shower gel left in the dispenser either. I had to go downstairs myself to refill it for a stay I wanted to take to recover from my depression! This establishment is absolutely not up to its star rating. I do not recommend it at all.

I came 2 pm and they asked to come at 3 pm as the rooms are not ready, when I checked in later, i saw the they didn’t cleaned bathroom, toilet was dirty and dirty towels were everywhere. They changed my room to another one. So I got my room around 4 pm. When I asked another day to extend my check out time little bit later they refused. First and last time.

We stayed for four days at this welcoming hotel. The staff, especially at reception, were lovely. The room was very nice (except for the bathtub), spacious and comfortable, ideal for relaxing after a long day. Highly recommended!
