Good Hotel / Good Staff / clean. N neat

I rated the service 2 not because of the staff, but because of the new rules introduced by management. Why was the complimentary water removed? Also, why can’t guests check out one hour earlier than the physical checkout time to avoid the rush while leaving with luggage? I am a Bonvoy member and have been staying at this hotel for the last 6 years, so I can clearly see the changes, and honestly, they are not good from a client perspective.

A hotel located in a quiet place, with good service from the reception staff; it is NOT PET friendly (in addition to charging a high fee for the pet that accompanied us, they limited the areas where we could take it).

Always very clean. No noise issues. The restaurant lounge is always quiet, a pleasant place to enjoy a coffee and read a book in peace and quiet. The service is excellent, reflecting the high standard of the establishment! I'm not very familiar with the area, but it's close to Brussels Airport.

This is the hotel where we stayed for a business trip. The rooms are decorated in the style of a typical Bitlis hotel. The breakfast is adequate and the breakfast area is spacious. There is a private parking lot underneath for a fee. You can enter from the back of the hotel.
