What a great location. You can really unwind here. Friendly staff, and Leuven city center and the surrounding area are easy to visit.

The hotel is great in general but my room's card reader didn't work. The first time it failed, I had to wait for about an hour for the receptionist to open the room for me. While the receptionist was beyond nice, the card reader failed again the next day and it turned out it was possible to open the room within 10 minutes. Overall, the card reader issue wasn't a big deal but I was asked that each time I had to go back into my room,I asked a staff member to let me in...

Nice hotel with lovely quiet garden. No real parking options other than theirs at €20 pn so be aware. Room we had was tight and height challenged but nice enough. Why a hotel of this quality puts paper glasses in the room for water I don’t know. And how hard is it to offer a water bottle replenish on day 2 I also don’t know. Apples on reception a nice touch

Excellent hotel during a stay in Leuven. The price is quite high, but it reflects the cost of living in the city. The service and rooms are top-notch, very comfortable, and you can tell that attention to detail has been put into them. The breakfast was excellent and very generous. The only downside is the less-than-ideal location: relatively close to the city center (inside the Leuven ring road), but the parking lot is small and limited, potentially forcing you to park further away. Given the hotel's proximity to the Beguinage, you practically have to drive all the way around the city to get there. (Furthermore, the rooms might seem slightly small, but this isn't very noticeable in our opinion.)
