Functional in a good location. High point: location. Low point: small room. We’d stay again.

The Portuguese receptionist, Maria-Lena, was super helpful and friendly! The location is central and very convenient! Rooms very small - I was travelling alone and I had booked a single bedroom; luckily, the kind receptionist changed it to a double bedroom, which still was quite small!

A very unpleasant receptionist who worked on June 28, 2026 at 8:00 PM. The rest of the staff was very nice, but this woman ruined the whole experience.

What a lovely hotel, friendly staff, and wonderful rooms! It's so relaxing that this hotel is located right in the heart of the city center. I will definitely be back, thanks!

⭐☆☆☆☆ Unfortunately, my experience at this Ibis hotel was very disappointing. I never expected this kind of service from a hotel in Europe, and I would not recommend staying here. The room was extremely small, with barely enough space to move around comfortably. The bathroom was also very tiny. Unlike many hotels, there was no kettle, tea, coffee, or other basic amenities in the room, which was quite inconvenient. The sound insulation was poor as well. We could easily hear people talking and walking outside the room, which made it difficult to relax. The view from the window was not appealing either. Overall, the room felt cramped, lacked basic comforts, and did not provide the quality or comfort I expected for the price.
