Hotel in a central location, in the middle of Vitosha Avenue Really nice rooms. You have to take into account the location. Breakfast is served like in a restaurant and not a buffet, meaning that if you come when there are a lot of guests, it takes a while for the meal to arrive and there is not that much choice. Other than that, the hotel is highly recommended

Stayed here to visit my son and family. The hotel is situated in the main high street. Plenty of opportunities to go out and enjoy the food on offer in Bulgaria. The hotel is called boutique and lives up to the title. We had a luxurious room and we were very pleased with what we got. Queen sized bed, nice sized bathroom that had a walk in shower, mini bar with space in the fridge for your own items, black out curtains and a television. Basically the room was just a space to sleep, but overall it was a very nice place to sleep. Would u recommend this hotel, yes without a doubt.

I've made many reservations with Expedia and this is the first time I've complained. The receptionist was incredibly unfriendly; she barely greeted me, or if she did, it was in a rush. In seven nights, they only cleaned the room once because I specifically requested it. I asked for a refill of the mini water bottle, but they never gave it to me. I understand it's just a welcome gift, but a guest staying seven nights only expects the room to be cleaned once. Providing another bottle is the polite thing to do. I don't recommend this hotel and I won't be returning.

Amazing local to be in Sofia

Our room was a bit dated and really very small. We were only traveling with hand luggage and still didn't know where to put it in the tiny space. The location is absolutely unbeatable; all the restaurants and attractions are within a 20-minute walk. The service was always friendly. Unfortunately, I have to say that I have never experienced such a poor breakfast as at this hotel. À la carte breakfast is no problem, but here the menu was clearly translated with Google Translate, leading to misunderstandings every day. It was the first time I've ever decided not to use an included breakfast!

Hotel in a great location. Standard rooms, average cleanliness. Staff not very friendly but adequate. Breakfast was disappointing.
