First Hotel Mayfair

Friendly staff, room super-mega-small.

The hotel is located in a quiet but central location. The design is young and cute. The staff is kind and courteous. The service is pleasant and efficient. The hotel has a wonderful balcony, seating areas, and a small dining room where a rich, mostly organic breakfast is served. We enjoyed it very much!

Large, comfortable room, small bathroom. The TV doesn't really work; you can't watch local news, only what you stream via Chromecast. It's a place geared towards young people. We were put on the 4th floor, but the elevator to get there only opens on the first floor, meaning you have to carry your luggage up the stairs. The breakfast is very healthy, and there's a gym. It's well-located; all the buses go to the bus station, which is just a block away. They don't clean your room unless you tell them before 9 am.

Mayfair is perfectly seated in the middle of Copenhagen. Originally I reserved a room from Friday to Sunday, but because of bad transport options home, I decided to stay for one more night. Mayfair said no problem and decided to upgrade my room for free. The service is lovely and the breakfast is good. My only *small* complaint is the floors in the bathroom gets very soaked after having a bath.

Trendy hotel with nicely decorated rooms. However, as usual, there are no hooks or anything else for hanging clothes. There was no wardrobe for storing clothes either. The breakfast had everything but was very expensive. We only ate this one morning out of three. We had a room facing the courtyard and could get some air and sleep quietly and comfortably. A bit shady neighborhoods and streets nearby, but we went to bed early and were not directly affected by this.

Really well located, small but very comfortable room. I highly recommend it.

Had an issue with this hotel but it was quickly resolved. I highly recommend their breakfast. It's wonderful. Great downstairs area with both indoor and outdoor seating . Nice courtyard. Good location.

The location of the property is excellent, a 4-5 minute walk from the metro and train station. It's on one of the best streets in the city center. It's generally quiet at night and there's nothing to disturb in the hotel area. The beds and pillows are quite satisfactory. Perhaps the duvets could have been a little bigger. The cleanliness is excellent; the hotel interior, restaurant area, and garden area are quite well-maintained and clean. The staff are really helpful and attentive. It's great that luggage is stored at the hotel after check-out. It's within walking distance of many famous places and local spots in the city, and there are many markets and cafes nearby. The renovated standard room is minimalist but still a bit small, especially if you have a lot of luggage. Overall, it's a successful hotel and has many aspects that would make me choose it again. Of course, the standard room is 15 m2 and a bit small, and having wardrobes in this room would make the space even smaller. But at least a refrigerator in the room would be good, I think. It would be nice to have a refrigerator/minibar, a money safe in the rooms (inside the renovated standard room), and a closed wardrobe would also be good.
