The rooms and location were excellent, and most staff were friendly. However, our experience was severely impacted by a major issue with the hotel’s parking arrangements and the way management handled it. Before parking, we specifically asked hotel staff how the parking system worked. We were told that the parking area in front of the hotel is operated through the EasyPark app, that the fee would be capped at a flat daily rate within a 24-hour period, and that we could leave and return to the parking lot without additional charges. To make sure we understood correctly, we asked multiple staff members and received the same information. Unfortunately, this information was completely wrong. We later discovered that every time we exited and re-entered the parking lot, a new parking fee was charged. As a result, instead of paying the expected daily rate, we ended up paying nearly €100—approximately three times more than anticipated. When we contacted EasyPark, they confirmed that the charges were applied according to the parking operator’s setup. The hotel then refused to take any responsibility, claiming the parking lot belongs to EasyPark and that our losses were not their concern. We were simply told they would “speak to the staff” and that the issue was now our problem. This response was extremely disappointing. As paying guests, we relied on information provided directly by hotel employees. When that information turns out to be incorrect and costs guests a significant amount of money, the hotel should take responsibility and offer some form of reimbursement or goodwill compensation—not dismiss the issue and shift blame elsewhere. What made matters worse was the attitude of the customer service staff, who were rude and unwilling to help. For a hotel of this size and standard, it is surprising that staff are not properly informed about parking arrangements used by their guests. Based on our experience, the parking setup feels misleading, and the hotel’s handling of the situation was unacceptable.

We stayed at this hotel for four days. It was very nice. The rooms are a good size, and the bathroom with toilet and shower is also spacious. We had a fantastic view of Copenhagen from our room. The breakfast was very extensive, and everything was delicious and fresh. I'd especially like to mention the seafood platter; it was simply outstanding. Everything else was great too. There's even a fairly large section for vegan food. The location is absolutely perfect. We could walk to the city center, but we could also easily take the bus right outside the door. A subway station is also nearby. We highly recommend this hotel for a visit to Copenhagen. The gym is also excellent.

Location of hotel and breakfast area is good 👍 Staff in breakfast area is very good 👍. Reception area is on budget. Not even water available. No service desk. No one answers Reception phone. Our room wasn't even serviced on the first day for a basic towel change.

A rather good standard four star hotel that would have earned five star review from me if it wasn’t for poor customer service from front desk. Also bring your own water. There is no water fountain or complementary bottle of water anywhere on site.

Nice hotel, beautiful view. Friendly staff, good breakfast. Check-in could be a bit quicker. The bed was a little too hard for me, but that is probably a matter of personal taste.
