Ideally located for an evening in Bordeaux city center. The small double room was clean, the bedding was very comfortable, but it directly faced the Apple store, so there was a lack of privacy unless you closed the curtains. A major drawback was the noise from construction work upstairs in the morning, especially after a late night. Average value for money.

We stayed at this hotel this weekend and it was a real disappointment. Absolutely avoid it! The prices are completely unjustified for the quality offered, and the photos are misleading. The room was tiny, the bathroom clearly needs updating, there was no hand towel in the bathroom, and no hooks for hanging bath towels. The front door was faulty, which we reported to reception, but nothing was done to fix it. Furthermore, it was very noisy because it's located above a bar. We do not recommend it.

Nice little hotel undergoing renovations... Great manager, good information. Excellent location, 10 meters from the train station and 3 minutes from the city center. All our best wishes for the completion of the renovations. The 6 Brussels locals. 👍

3-night stay. Staff were responsive to my emails beforehand. Ideal location. Spacious room and bathroom with separate toilet. The air conditioning will be working soon, but we had a fan available 👍🏼. Breakfast is simple and good, with a special mention for the pastries 🥐😋. The only slight drawback is that when you choose a small hotel rather than a large resort, you expect a warmer, more personalized welcome. The change of ownership is recent, let's give them time to settle in 🙂

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. It was incredibly noisy all night, very uncomfortable, and the service was disappointing. There wasn't even air conditioning, and the fan button was broken, making it impossible to turn on (photo attached). Furthermore, the reception was practically nonexistent, and the staff were neither polite nor professional. After my stay, I consulted other customer reviews and found that several similar problems are frequently mentioned: poor insulation, very small rooms, and faulty equipment. It was impossible to get a good night's sleep. The value for money is catastrophic. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. I acknowledge your response. My review is based solely on the facts I experienced during my stay: the lack of air conditioning, the unusable fan (broken button, photo attached), and the difficulty accessing the reception. I have no intention of disrespecting your establishment or your staff, and my comment reflects only my personal experience as a guest. Furthermore, based on other customers' reviews, I see that my experience is unfortunately not isolated.

Perfect location for exploring the city center and with train connections to other places, splendid! At reception they provided us with information about our connecting train journey, and even hot water for our mate! We'll be back!
