The hotel is very well located in the center. The bedding is impeccable and the rooms are quiet. The breakfast is very good and the staff are always ready to help, even during the SNCF strikes.

The location was fantastic. Despite being on the main street, there was no noise. The rooms were very clean, the bed was quite comfortable, and the hot water was very fast. The staff were friendly and helpful. The reception was open 24/7. If you are coming to Lyon and looking for a suitable option, I would definitely recommend it.

Centrally located, the room is bright (two windows), warm, and very quiet from outside noise. The reception is open 24 hours a day and is staffed by a very kind gentleman. The hotel is close to everything: metro stops, scooter rentals, a pedestrian area, and some attractions. It could use a good overhaul and more thorough cleaning. There is soundproofing between the rooms and the hallway.

A warm and welcoming reception, a clean room, and a great location. The buildings are old, so everything is a bit small, but comfortable.

Ideally located. Spotless rooms and comfortable bedding. Generous breakfast with the option of room service. Numerous restaurants and bistros nearby. Extremely friendly staff.
