A very, very bad experience!! A week ago (May 23rd), I arrived in Lyon with my brother at this hotel. There was a musty smell mixed with something else unidentifiable. Mold and holes filled the room, and the cleaning lady's belongings had been left behind. We had to leave because of these reasons... The only positive point is the location. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment!

The location was perfect, the breakfast and the staff were also very attentive. Some people find the price high, but frankly, we only stay overnight at the hotel. It's very close to the city center, and the bedding was adequate. It does need some work; a handyman who's meticulous about finishing touches would be appreciated. But given the location, the price doesn't bother me, and perhaps we're paying this price for a nice renovation in the future. All in all, I want to believe it will, because it has great potential.

Hotel well located Pleasant welcome Small room and not very well soundproofed, but you can't expect better from a 1-star hotel, so that's to be expected

It was quite cold in the room, and I couldn't turn on the radiator. The window was broken (was that why it was so cold?). And when I wanted to take a shower, there was no soap in the dispenser.

It's not a room, it's a tiny space... Bathroom with toilet 🤣... Tiny shower, the sink is a hand basin ✋ (actually) Cleanliness of the linens = good Location = decent But don't even bother looking at the ventilation and other nooks and crannies 🤣. The window lets in plenty of noise from outside, I didn't miss a thing 👍 In short, it would be acceptable for 50 to 60 euros, no more

Disgusting! The hygiene is appalling. My body itched all night, there were yellow stains on the sheets, and a smelly pillow. It's shameful. I don't understand why there's no health inspection. The city should shut them down. It's a disgrace and disrespectful. The worst part is that the rooms are really small, so there's no excuse for not cleaning properly. Even I do a better job. You're filthy and negligent. Shame on you! You deserve to be shut down.
