Sauna Apollon

Sauna Apollon is Strasbourg's primary gay sauna, centrally located and easy to reach on foot from both the cathedral and the Krutenau bar quarter. The facilities are well-maintained: a hammam (steam room), Finnish dry sauna, jacuzzi, private cabins and a darkroom across two floors. The clientele is notably more international than at a comparable French provincial sauna, reflecting Strasbourg's position as a European administrative hub — regulars include French residents, German day-trippers from across the Rhine, and European institution staff. Entry includes towel and locker; bar serves soft drinks. Men only.
