It's quite remarkable that your staff didn't ask any questions for over a week, and then my Google Meet was interrupted. I believe the employee didn't understand that I had every right to be in this hotel and a right to a bit of respect.

We spent 3 amazing days in Berlin, the hotel was clean, the receptionist very kind and friendly. The location is perfect. We really recommend it

Very central location and nice looking lobby but that's about it. The rooms themselves are are quite small, outfitted with really cheap and worn mattresses and sheets and the AC doesn't seem to do anything. My room was quite hot the whole night, you can't really open the window either due to street noise. I think there are better options at similar prices in the area if all you want is a comfy bed and chilly room temp.

An unbeatable hotel. Spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms, located very close to the city center with a metro stop right outside. The reception staff were excellent. They stored our luggage until our departure.

This hotel is in a great location and has a lot of charm. My room was in the perfect spot, right next to an inner atrium-type of place with plants and festive lights. The staff are very friendly and the decor is thoughtful and interesting. The only negative is that there is no air conditioning and the climate control isn't that great, which I discovered is typical for Berlin. I don't consider myself high-maintenance, but I was surprised that this hotel and many buildings in Berlin don't have the kind of HVAC systems that we're used to in the USA. You have to open your window to get air flowing, but if it rains or it's too cold at night, you have to adjust. This place is a gem, but you won't get the comfort you'd expect from a similar place at home. But definitely worth it overall. I would stay here again.

Hotel in a prime location, easily accessible by subway. The rooms are very well-maintained and a good size, although the electric blinds often moved on their own. You have to wait a bit for breakfast, but it tastes all the better for it. You can hear some street noise, but it's not too loud and blends in nicely. The rooftop terrace offers a beautiful view of the TV tower; highly recommended.
