Very good location, easy to find, easy checkin and 0 checkout effort. Great option to book late checkout. The room misses a kettle, other than that it was great.

Rooms are not as promised. No air conditioning, no hair dryer, dirty. Unprofessional and lying staff, non-responding owner. Would definitely not recommend if you have other options. Review was removed by Google. Only assumption I can make is that they lie to Google too. @owner: if you actually want to improve the rating, taking responsibility would be the first step rather than getting reviews removed.

For travelers passing through, for example to Düsseldorf Airport, it's absolutely ideal.

Compared to the B&Bs in Heidelberg and Hamburg, the B&B in Duisburg-Nord is like night and day. It's clear that even within a chain, there can be huge differences between individual branches. The shower gel and hand soap in the bathroom weren't replenished. Unfortunately, on the first morning at breakfast, there were still food remnants on the "fresh" cutlery, and it took a while for things to be refilled (coffee cups and small spoons). On the second day, there was no fruit salad available by 9 a.m. Some of the spreads weren't even labeled. The gentleman at check-in was also very unfriendly and grumpy, and room service simply didn't come by. In the future, I will check reviews on Google Maps beforehand to avoid such experiences.

We made a spontaneous booking for two nights, and this was our first stay with B&B Hotels. We are very happy with our choice and would definitely stay again. The hotel is conveniently located near Duisburg Central Station, which was a huge advantage for us. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The bathroom was also spacious. The only minor issue was a slight drain smell in the bathroom, although it did not affect the room itself. The air conditioning worked perfectly and helped make our stay very comfortable. We also enjoyed the breakfast. There was a good variety of fresh fruit, cheese, cold cuts, juice, coffee and many other things. The only area for improvement would be the boiled eggs, which were unfortunately overcooked. As eggs are an important part of breakfast for many guests, it would be great if a little more attention could be paid to their preparation. We also appreciated the hotel's modern and environmentally conscious approach. The keyless entry system was very convenient and helped avoid the use of plastic key cards — a small detail that we really liked. All staff members were friendly and welcoming. We would especially like to thank the young lady who checked us in. I may be mistaken, but I believe her name was Elisabeth. She was exceptionally kind, professional, and made us feel welcome from the very beginning. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would gladly return in the future.
