I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel: The staff was extremely attentive and helpful, the room was very clean and well-equipped, the breakfast was extensive, and the breakfast hours were perfect. The bathroom was spacious, and the breakfast room was bright and airy, with a terrace. The location, just outside the city center opposite a community garden with quiet businesses around it, was also excellent: absolute peace and quiet at night, very little traffic and hardly any noise during the day, free parking, and very good road connections in all directions – without having to cross the city center. Public transport (bus, tram) was also easily reachable on foot in just 10 minutes, allowing you to get to the main train station or the city center in 15 minutes, for example. In terms of comfort, the Westfalia can certainly compete with many four-star hotels, and the tranquility and the wonderful staff will definitely make me want to return! Thank you!

A family-run hotel that's managed with heart. You can really tell. Very friendly staff and a warm welcome. The hotel is very clean and modernly furnished. The location was ideal for our needs. Quiet industrial area with plenty of parking in front of the hotel. The reception is on the second floor. There's an elevator. Breakfast was good and plentiful. If anything was missing, it was promptly provided. If we need another overnight stay, this would be our first choice. We had a minor issue, which was addressed immediately and is being resolved. So, all in all, everything was fine.

The staff were incredibly friendly; I was well looked after and felt very comfortable. It's a bit remote, but very quiet.
