The food was disappointing, especially considering the price; it was just okay. We can't recommend it. The little videos shown during the meal, where the little chef jumps around on the plates, weren't enjoyable either – at least not for adults. It was a gift from my in-laws, who wanted to do something nice for us. It's a shame, because it wasn't worth the money.

My biggest highlight was the unique atmosphere. It was fascinating to see how grown-ups were as excited about this experience as little children. Seeing everyone get caught up in the show, laughing and letting themselves be swept away by the enthusiasm was truly special. For about an hour and a half, you felt like you could forget the world around you. Everything bad faded into the background, and you could simply enjoy the moment. This lightness, joy, and shared wonder made the experience unforgettable for me.

I gave it as a gift and checked with the reviewer: the highlight was "the jokes in between during the show," the details of the show, e.g., the pig that got the apple at the end and was of course also "a winner." The chef's singing performance, the "burning Italian" after the wasabi tasting ;-) everything that made you laugh or smile was "absolutely fantastic," overall the whole package was a really great evening, it couldn't have been better.

We were there yesterday and were thrilled. The food was excellent, the service outstanding, and the chefs' show was absolutely adorable. Yes, the price is quite high, but in retrospect, we think it was worth it. We'll definitely recommend it. After the show, it's also worth visiting the TopSeven Roof Bar at the hotel – the sunset view is fantastic.

Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend a visit here – especially not at this price point. The start was very disappointing: Guests are asked to arrive at 7:30 p.m., or half an hour before the start time. Many guests were standing around waiting without any initial communication. It wasn't until around 7:45 p.m. that someone came out and said it would be another seven minutes. This then turned into another five to ten minutes. In total, we lost about half an hour of waiting time that could have been used more productively – for example, to look around the gallery downstairs. In my opinion, it would have been sufficient to communicate early and transparently: "There's a slight delay; you have some time to look around." That would have been the bare minimum for a restaurant in this price range. Even more problematic was the explanation: A waiter explained that it had taken longer because the group before us had "enjoyed a leisurely meal." That may have been the internal reason, but it shouldn't be passed on to the next guests. For a high-priced establishment, the organization and communication were unprofessional. The food was okay, and so was the service. However, I've had steaks of significantly better quality for considerably less money. At over €400 for two people, I simply expect more. The biggest issue, however, was the table situation: For this price, we had to share a table with another couple. The other couple was friendly, so that wasn't the problem. Nevertheless, I consider this unacceptable in this price range. While this information is apparently in the fine print on the website, it should still be communicated clearly and transparently. What was particularly annoying was that another table was available but wasn't offered to us as an alternative. Overall, the evening wasn't disastrous, but considering the price, our expectations, and the organization, it was very disappointing. For me, the value for money isn't there, and I wouldn't go back. ... UPDATE: My review was reported as defamatory, but I successfully appealed. So this is how constructive criticism and personal experience reports are treated. Disappointing.
