There is currently a construction site in front of the house.

Over €80 a night is an absolute rip-off! Tiny rooms with shared showers and toilets down the hall. There's constant chaos outside the hotel all night (fights, noise, etc.). The parking lot is way too small. It's like a youth hostel... If I'd stayed here for a small fee, I wouldn't have said anything, but at this price, it's outrageous! The staff, however, are very friendly.

Ideal location for exploring Münster. The city center is easily reachable on foot. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a room facing the courtyard, so it was absolutely quiet. Comfortable bed. The bathroom was rather small, but well-maintained. Extensive breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, the scrambled eggs were cold.

Stayed in a single room with a shared bathrooms. Rooms and bathrooms were immaculately clean. Towels, soap and bath/shower gel provided. Room has sink, not kettle/fridge. Room felt light and airy. Staff were polite and friendly. My only critique is that the bathroom windows were often large and not always frosted, or had blind but that had holes in it, meaning it did not feel safe/private to shower, particularly in evening when light in room will make you quite visible from outside.

The hotel has a bit of a weird and quirky layout. I was not expecting the shared bathroom and steps every where. The room and bathroom are quite small but everything was neat and clean. Parking is a bit of an issue if you come by car but the location is prime.
