The location is truly unbeatable; you practically step out the door and into the city center and onto the S-Bahn (suburban train). But bring earplugs, it's loud, especially on weekends. Outside, you feel like you're in Istanbul, it's so busy. The hotel itself is a bit dated, with a 70s charm, but everything is clean. Breakfast was really okay for the price—nothing fancy, but you won't go hungry. If you're just looking for a cheap place to sleep right in the center, this is the place. If you're looking for luxury, probably not.

For the price you pay, you should know what to expect.

I like it here, but there are two things that are unacceptable: - A stranger came into my room at 5 a.m. - Breakfast is no longer included.

It's in a very central location, the rooms are pretty good, and the breakfast is nice.

On January 24, 2026, I checked into your hotel and unfortunately experienced significant comfort issues. On the first night, we were assigned a "family room" that was freezing cold. It later turned out that the heating was broken, but we were not informed of this at check-in. Only after we complained were we moved to two different rooms on the second day. Unfortunately, the heating in these rooms also only worked on the first night and remained cold again the following day. We were then given a space heater by reception and had to spend our stay in a way we have never experienced in any other hotel – trying to keep warm with a space heater. Due to the cold, we weren't even able to take a proper shower. The fact that a basic need like heating was not met during a hotel stay was a huge disappointment. It is particularly frustrating that these problems were apparently known, yet reservations were still accepted without informing guests, and no reasonable solution was offered to improve customer satisfaction. I have never had such an experience in any other hotel. The only positive aspect of your hotel is its central location. However, due to the circumstances described, my overall satisfaction is unfortunately very low.

Completely unacceptable! I arrived at this hotel on January 27th for a three-night stay. To my great dismay, I discovered that the heating was not working at all throughout the entire hotel. According to the weather forecast, nighttime temperatures were expected to drop to around 0°C. Due to these unacceptable conditions, I was forced to find another hotel at short notice. After reading other reviews, it also became clear that the problem of the lack of heating at this hotel appears to be a recurring issue. Therefore, I strongly advise against staying at this hotel.
