What reviewers say

Visitors frequently praise the hotel's cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff like Fragiskos and Ivan, and beautiful rooms, with some calling it a mistake to stay elsewhere. However, common complaints include issues with hot water availability, limited reception hours, and basic room amenities with some finding the breakfast repetitive and the overall service lacking hotel-like offerings.

About this place Art Hotel Santorini

Art Hotel Santorini is a mainstream suite hotel in Pyrgos, the hill village in the middle of the island. We found no gay-specific credentials. It holds 4.5 on Google from about 165 reviews. Guests like the clean, spacious rooms, the sunset from the terraces and the pool and jacuzzi. Reported downsides are limited reception hours, patchy hot water and a repetitive breakfast. One reviewer said it feels more like an apartment than a hotel. Pyrgos is quiet at night, so plan on a taxi to Fira.

Fragiskos welcomed us with a smile. The room is perfect, as is the breakfast. We will definitely come back 😊

We stayed in naughty suite. On arrival the instructions are unprofessional they leave a card on the window showing instructions how to get in the room anyone can get in, however first entry to the room will make you see stars the naughty suite is beautiful. The tv isn’t smart in this room comes with greek tv if you’re lucky you’ll be able to watch SpongeBob. Come morning you don’t have much selection of breakfast all they have is eggs and bacon I wasn’t a fan and I’m from England I have scrambled eggs and bacon everyday day nothing to match my gorgon Ramsey like cooking, if you ask to Change breakfast they’ll just give you break orange juice and apples that don’t look edible oh yeah don’t wake up late for you’re breakfast otherwise it’ll go cold and stale outside the room. Overall apart from the breakfast the view from the naughty suite is amazing the jacuzzi is burning hot forgot to mention don’t wear you’re nice clothes to the jacuzzi it’ll stain them yellow/green and will ruin them. Some things are broken but nothing major. The best thing is the menu u can order from the restaurant is called Monx contains some of the best burgers I’ve had all year chicken/beef cheaper than most restaurants perfect for a before bed meal if ur hungry or just staying in the resort. Believe me food here is quite expensive.

It's not a hotel because it doesn't offer hotel services. The reception is only open half-day. The property is located on a dirt road. The room was always damp and almost never had hot water. The breakfast served in the room was always the same and nothing could be changed.

A facility that is unable to guarantee hot water to its guests.

The entire complex was brightly lit at night. The rooms were very basic: a wooden board and a mattress made for a bed, with very little storage space. The room overlooked the pool and nothing else. Breakfast was awful; they shouldn't have charged for it. The reception was practically never available or reachable, and when the staff were there, they were unfriendly and clearly didn't want to be spoken to. The pool bar didn't exist or was closed. On the day of departure, there was no option for breakfast or any other alternative. It was simply too early for them. Pyrgos itself was absolutely beautiful.
