Situated at the quieter part of Oia, away from the crowd, location wise for me it was amazing! The aesthetic overall was great too, very chic and lots of cute “doodle” designs all over the hotel. However, the waiter accidentally dropped a glass and the broken glass flew off and cut my spouse’s leg. They immediately did all the necessary procedures to care the wound, but they did not offer anything else to make up for it. I even had to go to the front desk myself to ask for extra bandages and iodine, given the wound would take at least 1-2 weeks to heal (quite a deep cut). The waiter didn’t do this intentionally so we don’t blame him ofc, but accident happens and I think the hotel should have better protocols to deal with it 🙃

The room looks good, but it reeks of sewage. First, I adjusted the two sink drains, as they were facing directly against the wall without any kind of S-shaped channel to block the smell. Then I noticed the shower also had a problem; it smelled too. I complained to reception, and they cleaned the room again, but somehow they either didn't notice the stench or were playing dumb.

From the moment I made my reservation until the day I checked out, the staff went above and beyond in every aspect. I had a very special event planned during my visit and every team member I interacted with was simply exceptional. Their kindness, courtesy, professionalism, genuine care, and willingness to help was impressive, and they ensured both my event and overall stay was as 100% comfortable and memorable as possible. The level of customer service I received exceeded all expectations and is something I will never forget. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The amenities are excellent and everything you see in the photos is even more stunning in person! Every area of the property was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Of course, the view of the ocean from the room is beyond amazing and create the perfect Santorini experience! The location is also perfect with a very short 5min walk into the center of Oia. The breakfast was sensational - generous, fresh, and outstanding quality! I would like to give a special shout-out to Ellina, Kornillia, Anna, Gerasimos, and MJ. Each of them provided truly outstanding service and helped make my stay truly unforgettable. There were a few others who also contributed to this wonderful experience, and I sincerely apologise for not remembering all of their names. But please know that your efforts were equally appreciated. Thank you to the entire team at Hom Santorini for delivering such exceptional and unforgettable hospitality. It is rare to find a hotel where every member of staff consistently provides such a high level of service while making guests feel genuinely welcome and cared for. You helped create memories that I will cherish forever, and for that I am deeply grateful. I would not hesitate to return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly first-class and unforgettable experience!

We had a wonderful stay at Hōm Santorini. It’s the perfect boutique hotel for a special occasion. The location is perfect - beautiful caldera views just outside of Oia. You feel far removed from the tourist crowds but close enough to easily pop into Oia for dinner and the evening. The service is great, the staff are lovely and friendly. The private breakfast on the balcony was a wonderful touch. One of the highlights for us was definitely the Greek meze served at lunch (don’t miss it!). The Tomatokeftedes and Greek salad were incredible. We never ate outside of the hotel for lunch because it was that good. The only thing that could have improved our experience was the room choice. We booked a deluxe / tub room as the pool rooms were all booked up. Unfortunately the room we were given was right next to the pool - the door to the room was actually the pool wall. Whilst all caldera balconies are somewhat overlooked, this took it to the extreme - it was more like sitting next to the pool than a private space which was such a shame. As such, we never used the hot tub which is a shame given what we paid for it. Some of the other deluxe rooms were slightly more private however, so I think we got unlucky. I can imagine being very disappointed if I had booked this room for a honeymoon or anything as it’s not true to the pictures of those rooms online. If we come again, we will definitely be booking the pool rooms which have greater privacy.

I'm a few cocktails in watching the liners go by, a happy wife by my side and the sun working it's magic on my body and soul.
