NOŪS Santorini

This hotel is amazing. Clean, polite, courteous, beautiful, calm, just everything we needed as a group of 11. The staff is so helpful and the environment was perfect. After being in Greece for 5 days we were tired and this was perfect place to find some calm and relax. You will love your stay here!

Overall, I'd give this hotel a 5 star rating. The staff were all great and very helpful during our stay. The room was large and spacious although we had a 'flock' of very loud chirping birds camped outside the front door somewhere that started at 05:30 and continued well into the evening. Didn't bother myself but my wife was disturbed by them. There was no sea view from our room but I think that has been addressed in other review s and replies. It didn't spoil the stay but more sea views would have been good. Breakfast and the pool bar were fine, not as expansive as some hotels we stayed at on this trip but still fine. The location is OK but there's not a lot in Masaria. A quick trip into Fira is recommended. Trip to Akratiri was fantastic and the archaeological dig site was brill. Also did a catamaran tour (Santorini Yachting Cruises) around the southerly beaches and caldera which was very good. So overall the Nous gets a 5 start recommendation.

Hotel, room and restaurant are all ok but spa service is horrible. They do not know how to consult and arrange time for guests. We waited 45 minutes because they kept changing from this service to others to offer us although we mentioned at the beginning that we had to go to the airport. So disappointed!

The rooms and service are top-notch!! Although the location is a bit away from the city center, there is no inconvenience when traveling by car or taxi. Everyone, from the General Manager onwards, is very friendly. If you have the money, I highly recommend staying here in Santorini.

Our stay at Nouss Hotel was truly wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, with a modern and elegant design in every detail. The rooms were lovely, spacious, very comfortable, and perfectly equipped. The hotel pool was spectacular, ideal for relaxing, and the breakfast was simply impeccable: excellent quality, varied, and beautifully presented. But what truly made the experience special was the service. All the staff were incredibly friendly, elegant, and always willing to help. You really felt the constant, top-notch attention. The hotel also boasts excellent facilities such as a gym, sauna, complimentary water, and impeccable service overall. Lovely hotel between Fira and Kamari. Beautifully furnished rooms with spa facilities and a lovely pool. The buffet breakfast has a good choice of food and the poolside restaurant was very good. All the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is in a small town of Mesaria. Not many restaurants locally but good local transport - a 20 minute bus ride to Kamari and 10 minutes to Fira.

Minimal, modern design meets top-notch hospitality. The staff (literally everyone the reception, servers, therapist, and cleaning crew) were all incredibly welcoming and their local tips were spot on. The spa was beautiful and super clean, and the therapist was so sweet and attentive. Perfect location, quiet enough to relax, but really easy to get anywhere on the island.

Perfect stay. Wonderful room, with separate bedroom, bathroom and private pool. Concierge service was excellent, providing restaurant recommendations and arranged transportation. Great location within short distance to port, airport, town, restaurants and sites.
