Visitors frequently praise the friendly staff and good atmosphere, with some noting comfortable beds and a nice lobby. However, a common complaint is the limited and poorly ventilated bathrooms, often described as having a musty smell, and some guests experienced issues with bed assignments or availability.

Wonderful! Comfortable and spacious bed, with a curtain. Cool lobby. Friendly staff. Welcomedrink. OK breakfast. WC, unfortunately, only on the first floor. Surrounding streets with a rougher charm.

A problematic hostel in several respects. The facility has only three bathrooms and three showers for all guests, located on the ground floor beyond the reception and not connected to the rooms. The bathrooms, without windows, have insufficient ventilation, resulting in persistent musty and damp odors. The dormitories, which house numerous single and double beds, are quite overcrowded. Security is very low: during the day, you can enter and go up to the dormitories without even passing through the lobby, and the coded doors are often left open by staff. The staff, mostly young people who stay at the facility, were helpful when asked, but with a decidedly unprofessional approach. The atmosphere among them was that of a group of friends on vacation rather than a team at work: every request seemed almost like a disruption to an evening among acquaintances, and on more than one occasion, they lingered in noisy conversations in the lobby until late at night, clearly audible from the dormitories. Many of them do not speak a word of Italian. Jokes about guests and rude comments significantly degraded our stay. Although the overall cleanliness was acceptable, I wouldn't recommend this property.

Unfortunately, I had similar experience as other one star reviews. I booked a bed with curtains two months in advance, but upon arrival I was told that I would be getting a "cloud bed" instead. The staff member told me that she doesn't see which bed I had originally booked, yet she still refused to acknowledge that I had been assigned a different bed than the one I reserved. Additionally there were no lockers left. I changed hotel and got no refund
