HONESTLY A ROBBERY! Last night we spent almost 50 euros on 2 GIN AND TONICS!!! Never before seen. Embarrassing and out of place. The excuse was that I chose 2 GINs they called "PREMIUM"... Ridiculous. A bottle of GIN NORDES (on Tannico for 30 euros) and Tanqueray No. Ten (from 25-30 euros). Their normal gin is Bombay (excellent quality/price) but that costs less than 15 euros (and I'm talking about PUBLIC prices!!! All this in Piazza Lavater, not in a penthouse with a view of the Duomo. I politely told the cashier that they will never see me again. My mistake for not asking the price... Obviously they didn't tell me the price difference between the basic and the "premium" one.

Maybe it's a gay bar... 🤣

I'm giving one star because there's no option to give -100! Terrible service, rude and ungraceful staff.

First time at this place and a disappointing experience. I ordered a rum and asked for a selection, but they gave me a single bill with a cola for €14, telling me to ask the bartender. At the counter, I received an arrogant response: "What do you want for €14, a Bacardi?" In the end, a simple rum and cola at an excessive price and with no real selection. More than the cost, the unprofessional attitude was disappointing. Improve your service and customer courtesy.
