Unfortunately, I have to revise my review after my recent stay. While the staff remained very friendly, attentive, and helpful, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. It was also incomprehensible to me that the room was cleaned one day, and then the next day the cleaning staff didn't arrive until around 4:00 PM, just as we were returning. Otherwise: The room was sufficiently spacious. Parking was no problem thanks to the pre-reserved parking space right outside. The metro station is just steps from the hotel, making it a pleasure to explore the city using public transportation. The breakfast buffet offers everything you need for a relaxed start to the day.

Found poo / feces on a towel in the bathroom! The suggestion was to complain before using the towel! 'Why did you not check it before using it?' Do people have to check every towel in advance?!? Thats the answer received at this 4 star beautiful hotel. Never ever did I experience something like this ! And we are talking about a 4 star hotel in the center of Europe, not a remote poor country at the end of the world...
