I almost never write negative reviews, and in general I rarely do, but in this case I think it's right to do so. The thing that struck me most negatively was the attitude of the staff, or rather the owners: consistently rude, with annoyed manners and a perpetually annoyed expression. Even the simplest request seems annoying, and often the responses are rude when they come. In particular, I once ordered a drink that was completely unbalanced and practically undrinkable upon first sip. Precisely for this reason, I found myself forced to ask for a very simple modification, something I normally never do: I simply asked for a little strawberry syrup to be added to make it at least drinkable. The reaction, however, was anything but professional: annoyed looks, complaints that "that drink isn't made like that," and a clearly annoyed attitude, as if I were asking for something absurd. There's little to say about the overall quality of the drinks: I completely understand that for €4 you can't expect excellence, but at least you expect something balanced and prepared with a little care. To make the experience worse, the place smelled strongly of alcohol mixed with sweat, and the bathrooms were in decidedly unpleasant conditions. Let's be clear: one negative review certainly won't change the place's fortunes, especially since it's in a very central location and will likely continue to be busy. However, personally, I believe that service, politeness, and ambiance are just as important as the price. If you're on a budget, it might be an option, but there are equally good—and decidedly more pleasant—alternatives in the same area.
