The overall atmosphere of the hotel was okay, nothing exceptional. The welcome wasn't particularly warm, but I must say the room was clean. Overall, the stay was good! The area is well-connected and just steps from the metro.

Clean and always tidy rooms. Various, plentiful, and high-quality breakfast. The staff is professional and very helpful. The location is excellent, 50 meters from two subway lines, the red and purple.

The air conditioning wasn't working. The metro was audible, though not excessively noisy. Breakfast was very reasonably priced. Please note that there is a €10 tourist tax per person. Parking with electric vehicle charging is available for €35.

Worst hotel stay ever. The AC stopped working in the middle of the night and the room became unbearably hot. Reception’s solution was to “open the window and sleep” because nothing could be done until morning. Unfortunately, the road noise made that impossible. No support, no technician, no alternative offered. Completely unacceptable.
