If you want a bad experience, stay at this hotel. The blanket in the room was visibly dirty, with two large, visible stains. After the first night, I purposely left it out in plain sight so that the housekeeping staff could notice and replace it. Despite this, the same blanket was replaced over the following days without any intervention. When I reported the situation to the receptionist, directly explaining the situation to the manager, I was only asked for my room number, without receiving any apology or attention to the problem.
