What reviewers say

Visitors frequently praise the B&B's fantastic location, often noting its proximity to the Colosseum and the friendly, helpful staff. However, some guests have complained about issues like limited coffee supplies, a lack of on-site laundry, and a tight shower that can cause water to escape onto the floor.

Unfortunately we won’t have the opportunity to get to our destination because our flights were cancelled due to Middle East conflict flying with Qatar. I reached out to Alex and explained our circumstances. I requested a refund out of goodwill and he agreed to give us a refund. Alex is an absolute gentleman in the way he responded with empathy and compassion. I will eventually travel to Rome in the near future and definitely stay at this accommodation. Highly recommend to everyone. Thank you again Alex

Great location and view ! The rooms are good for a B&B but nothing worthy of a 5 star hotel of course. Very good service and desk service :)

The room was well-appointed and clean, in a truly strategic location, facing the Colosseum. The bar/restaurant below the B&B "Coming Out Roma" offers an added bonus, offering excellent breakfasts and an equally wide selection for lunch and dinner. Very friendly staff: Domenico is the best. We'll definitely be back!
