Hotel Napoleon Rome

The location was accessible to some tourist destinations. Only walking distance to Colosseo. There are lots of restaurants around the vicinity of the hotel. The check-in was quite quick, however, there were no assistance for the guests to carry their luggages to their rooms. They will just carry all your luggages and just ignore you even if you are struggling with it. They provided a ramp but it was so steep to pull your luggages. The room was small for 3 guests The Filipino staff Mr. Anthony was the only one who is very accommodating and assisted us in our breakfast buffet.

I’d say that this hotel is three stars at best. It’s good that it’s near the metro and Roma Termini and an easy walk to the Colosseum and Monti neighbourhood. However, the interior and hotel rooms are old and tired, and in desperate need of a major facelift. The room’s bathroom, including the shower were incredibly small, so just be aware of that if you need a bit more room.

Hotel was wonderful, great spot and within walking distance to Trevi fountain, Spanish steps. Staff were very accommodating and arranged taxi when needed. Also provided a take away breakfast for our tour that started before breakfast was available! Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Rome

Superb location with very friendly staff. Our room was very basic but quiet.

Perfect for our requirements. Short walk (12 minutes) from Termini. Metro station (Vittorio Emanuel) 2 minutes away. Good selection for breakfast. Great staff. Affordable considering some hotels we looked at.

The location is further from Rome's main attractions than I expected. The shower isn't great, but everything else meets expectations. The breakfast is very good!

My only fault was that there wasn't enough Gluten free options at breakfast or on the snack menu. Everything else was amazing.

We booked a double room which was not aesthetically pleasing; no headboard, no picture, carpet and no chair. However, we quickly got over it and appreciated the cleanliness, comfortable bed, the convenience of breakfast and lounge area and quietness. I would return to Napoleon’s with possibly an upgraded room for more storage space but so little time is spent in the room anyway.

Correct. However, after our planned late arrival (11 pm), there was no porter to carry our very heavy suitcases (we were here for 9 nights) up to our room. The elevator only went to the first floor.
