Great hotel.

Large and comfortable room, a bit dark. Luckily it faced an interior courtyard and not the street under construction. Good breakfast. Bed also very large and comfortable. In the middle between the center and the central station, although on foot with a suitcase the whole way is under construction on the street.

The hotel is in a great location. The staff are friendly and the breakfast has everything you need. Apart from the parking situation, there's nothing to complain about.

Our room was very dark. A full glazed door led to a tightly enclosed courtyard and consequently hardly any natural light flowed in. It was like being in a windowless room. Bathroom was very luxurious with marble tiles but room decor was obscure - matter of taste? Two disappointing issues: the bar didn't open either day we were there and was in darkness. Secondly, our smoke alarm flashed every 20 seconds like a strobe. We asked them to do something about it as is was particularly annoying when lights were out but they said every room suffered this issue! Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Location was good. Overall, not bad value for money but I won't be returning here.

Reporting price disparity and communication difficulties I would like to report what happened during the booking process. Although I called to receive a better quote than the online portals, I was offered three times the rate for the same period. I tried to contact you again to ask for clarification, but received no response. I find this approach unprofessional and completely lacking in transparency towards the customer.
