We took a day trip to Venice then missed our train back. So we searched and booked this hotel for 1 night. The room is small but the location is right near many lively areas. Tons of resturants and stores just 1 minute away. The hostess was very nice. For around $160 a night, you cant go wrong.

The room was clean, but quite small, and the ceilings were low, so taller guests should be aware of that. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk staff was very disappointing. When I went to pay the daily Venice fee at checkout, I was spoken to in a condescending manner and felt as though I was being scolded like a child. Earlier that morning, I had left the room with my husband because I wasn't feeling well and needed to get medication and food. I was told that a guest was waiting to check-in and that I was being rude and disrespectful by not responding to their attempts to reach me. The staff member also stated that another guest had been waiting to check in at 11:00 a.m., which is the hotel's checkout time, and that my late departure (11:58am) had delayed their check-in. This explanation did not make sense, as the hotel's website and Expedia both state that check-in begins at 2:00 p.m. I remained calm and did not argue with the front desk staff. I was then informed that I would be charged €50 for every 30 minutes past checkout. I paid the €100 fee without argument. While the room itself was clean, the unprofessional and accusatory treatment I received from the front desk staff significantly affected my overall experience.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this hotel. The manager was exceptionally rude, and the customer service was terrible. The rooms were extremely, extremely small—so cramped that it was difficult to move. There was a bad smell in both the room and the bathroom, and the shower was tiny. The ceilings were very short throughout the entire room, making it even more suffocating. They shouldn’t even call it a hotel, it’s more like a guesthouse . The overall experience was awful—avoid this hotel.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel on May 22, 2026. We were extremely well welcomed from the very beginning. Our experience was extraordinary. The hotel was impeccable. The service was flawless, the staff was incredibly kind and professional, and the breakfast was wonderful. We strongly recommend this hotel. Everything was absolutely perfect!

We stayed here for three nights, the staff were very friendly and the location was great. The room was also modern and clean, we really liked the hotel.

Everything about this hotel is disappointing. Nothing works properly — even the hairdryer only works for 5 seconds before shutting off for almost half an hour. The hotel has far too many stairs, and the rooms are unbelievably small. There’s barely any space to walk; you practically have to climb over the bed just to get to the bathroom. The ceilings are extremely low, making the room feel cramped and uncomfortable. There is also no proper space for luggage or even a small bag. This does not feel like a real hotel at all. What made the experience even worse was the staff’s attitude. When I asked for help with the hairdryer at night because I needed to dry my hair before sleeping, the receptionist simply said, “This is how it is, and we cannot help you.” No effort was made to solve the issue. This hotel does not even deserve one. Update on my review: The owner’s reply is completely false. They made no attempt to resolve our issues, provided no hairdryer, and gave us no better room. Their only solution was to tell us to leave if we were unhappy, which was shocking given their poor customer service!! Additionally, the manager was extremely rude and spoke in a very aggressive manner. At breakfast, he just stared at all the guests, making the experience awkward and unpleasant. Overall, it was a terrible stay , do not trust the photos!
