The hotel is beautifully designed and has a stylish, modern atmosphere. Unfortunately, my overall experience did not live up to the premium price the hotel charges. The main issue was that the air conditioning in my room was not working properly. Although I was eventually moved to another room, the way the situation was handled was disappointing. Instead of taking responsibility and trying to resolve the problem professionally, the manager behaved rudely and made accusations toward me, which was both unnecessary and unpleasant. There are also some design flaws worth mentioning. The bathroom is separated from the room by a glass wall with no effective way to provide privacy. In addition, the bathroom lights turn on automatically, which can be very disruptive at night when one partner uses the bathroom while the other is trying to sleep. Cleanliness and maintenance were below the standard I would expect from a hotel in this price range. This was particularly noticeable in the shower area, and overall it seemed that the property is not being maintained to a sufficiently high standard. The breakfast was also inconsistent. At different times, various items were unavailable and not replenished promptly, which created a disappointing experience. Overall, while the hotel looks impressive, it was one of the more expensive hotels in Vilnius and, in my opinion, does not provide value that justifies its price. I expected a much higher level of service, maintenance, and attention to detail. e.g - the hotel response to my review includes several lies and untrue information.

Nice room but missing refrigerator and maybe espresso machine for espresso type capsules... This would bring it upper level. Location is excellent and service is good as well as breakfast

Please read! Overrated! Staff told me the air conditioner cannot cool room below 21°, and there are no fans available to, at least, circulate the air. Also, the WiFi won’t stay connected from room. It has kept dropping intermittently but consistently throughout my stay. Showed them screenshot video from my phone to demonstrate the issue. Staff says there’s nothing they can do about. What a mess. I will never stay here again.

Very comfortable and spacious rooms and amazing location right in the middle all downtown old town activities and incredibly good service. Breakfast is definitely worth the money! We were staying for two nights and we upgraded to a business room. Rooms are almost newly constructed with heated floors for the bathroom and high-quality shower. I highly recommend this place.

We’ve stayed at the Artagonist twice now, on two separate visits to Vilnius, and would happily do so again. The location is unbeatable if you want to be close to bars and restaurants and visit Old Town attractions on foot, it’s walkable from the train station, and taxis can drop you right outside. Rooms are comfortable, quiet, clean and have great showers - though the glass bathrooms can take some getting used to :) Front desk and housekeeping service are both of a high standard and the breakfast buffet is varied and plentiful. The only notable improvement they could make in my view is to provide a small refrigerator in the rooms rather than an ambient mini bar, and an instruction card for the baffling aircon/lighting controls. Overall, staying there it feels like a much more personal and individual experience than visiting a chain hotel.
