Grand Hotel Vilnius, Curio Collection by Hilton

I had a wonderful day at this hotel in the center of Vilnius’. The hotel is beautifully decorated., and my room was spacious. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff in the morning was very friiendly. The spa was also well done and a nice addition to my stay. My only feedback is that the gum was very small and could be improved.

A fantastic and beautifully Run Hotel at the historic center of Vilnius. This Hilton location absolutely fantastic and extremely helpful and professional staff is truly is a gem in the middle of a beautiful city. The rooms like Hilton's room usually are, are spacious, comfortable and well organized. The decoration is modern and sleek, and everything in the room makes you feel welcomed and relaxed. The extremely helpful staff at the front desk and at the restaurant and bar, are knowledgeable, happy to assist and very hospitable. The hotel offers valet options which we were very happy to use and the valet was courteous, professional and always predicted when we will need the car. The hotel features a chef restaurant and I would highly recommend spending an evening and enjoying the chef's creation is that is absolutely a culinary highlight of the beautiful city of Vilnius. There is also a spa at the location which we're not fortunate enough to use as we were very busy with our own schedule. But judging from the professionalism and the way that the hotel is being run so expertly I would be comfortable to say that this is probably a great spa as well. There is a beautiful coffee and dining area for lunch, the restaurants offer lunches, dinners and breakfasts and I can honestly say that this is one of the best hotels of ever have been.

Thieves - this stuffy hotel would not cancel a booking made only an hour before, insisting that it needed to be cancelled 24 hours in advance, even though their air conditioning was not functioning during a major heatwave. They also charge a fee for you to use the sauna outside of morning hours. They took $520 from me and I got nothing for it. They claim that they refunded one day and only charged me €192.17, but I did not get any refund and Expedia says they called the hotel and they directly refused any refund at all. I emailed Mr. Varavykas at the address provided below a week ago to request this invoice that was offered and I never received any reply. So that's apparently all just more lies and deception on the part of this hotel.

The room needs a new upgrade, too old fashion.
