Mulberry Suites by The LVH Collection

Very friendly staff and great location since it's very central. Spacious and clean room. I was not pleased with the overheated room and I couldn't change it myself since it was locked, it was approximately 26 C, and once I asked to change that, it was not possible due to factory settings. Also the room made it impossible to sleep due to it being next to the street with night venues and loud music which was not turned of until 1 AM.

We only came in to ask for some information but the manager has been very smart, gentle and welcoming. By the way this building is incredibly beautiful, even if Valletta is all amazing!

The staff were excellent. Really warm, helpful, accommodating and very good communication. Location is great. Walking distance to Republic Street and all the attractions, the Ferries, main bus station yet quiet and away from the buzz of it all. Room and bathroom are clean and spacious, with a table and chair and an open 'wardrobe'. Loved the continental breakfast and all day coffee machine. My only 'complaints' are the really small bedside table. It barely holds anything; and the other is the inability to select the temperature of the air conditioner. We prefer a cooler room and at 23° it was too warm for us. But these are personal choices. And we would have loved a little fridge in the room.

During my stay at the Mulberry from August 3rd to 10th, I experienced several serious issues. Despite the claim that reception was open 24/7, no one answered when we arrived; we had to call a mobile number and wait over 40 minutes outside before someone came. The assigned room (no. 201) did not have a city view as advertised but faced rooftops and gas pipes. It was bare, dark, and poorly equipped, with only one set of towels and two pillows, and no replacements available. Housekeeping was never performed during the three days: towels were unchanged and crumbs remained on the floor. The so-called “continental breakfast” was disappointing—tiny dark room, empty trays, low-quality food, drinks often finished, and no staff present. The fire alarm went off twice (on August 3rd and 7th), forcing guests into the street in their pajamas—first due to someone smoking, then because of burnt toast left unattended. Finally, contrary to what was later claimed, I personally informed the staff of my reasons for leaving early, given the serious problems encountered.

We stayed there for 4 nights, by the end of October. Clean rooms, good service, and a perfect location. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. We had a room on a 4th floor. It was quite quiet, of course we heard some noises from the rooms next door - but it's normal. The breakfast was good enough, with different choices of bread, cereals, croissants, cheese, meat, fruits and vegetables. I would recommend.

Very central location The rooms are basic, but lack amenities like hairdryers and adapters (they provide them for a deposit). No one after 4:00 PM The breakfast is ridiculous, and be careful, because an egg I ate ruined my entire vacation, as I had a terrible time.

I stayed one night with my friend and it couldn’t have been better! The service was incredible, the staff were the nicest, very helpful and approachable, and breakfast was really good. Also its location is perfect and is in walking distance of all shops. Will definitely come back!

Central location. Modest room, no service; after 4:00 PM, there's no one left. Breakfast is served in a small, kitchen-like room, with the woman cleaning the plates and cutlery in a basin. The price is completely out of proportion. On our way back from the island of Gozzo, before returning to Italy, so staying just one night, it was the only place we found.
