Unfortunately, it was very dirty. The bedding and towels were stained. There were ants in the room.

Stay away from this place! This hotel was a complete disaster. The room was filthy, the smell was awful, and the bathroom door wouldn’t even close. One of the worst places I have ever stayed. On top of that, I couldn’t find a single staff member to report the issues. Absolutely unacceptable.

Disgusting... It's impossible to give it less than 1 star. The only positive thing is the real proximity to the center with all the related services. You arrive at the entrance, open it and say: "Oh well, not very modern," you open it and find a sort of laundry room with lots of stuff piled up on display. Our room is on the floor above. You open it and think it's made do, but we can spend a couple of nights. Go into the bathroom and find the faucets, etc., dated and full of rust. The bed is sagging, the blankets don't look great. There's also a duvet on the floor, but we use it to put under the door otherwise too much light gets in. The next day the room wasn't cleaned; we took a towel and a roll of toilet paper from the laundry room. I accidentally looked under the bed: unbelievable, a wrapped condom and dirt galore...

Excellent location close to the main streets of Valletta, reachable in a few minutes walk, self check-in and check-out easy thanks to the detailed information provided by the property, room found not clean and with uncomfortable bathroom with a door that does not close completely

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! I have been to dozens of hotels and I have never seen that before. We arrived at the check in time and when we entered the room there was another man laying on the bed!!! We asked him to come out and see what was the mix up about and it appeared that the hotel had DOUBLEBOOKED the room! We had booked it 6 months ago on booking and the man 2 weeks ago on Airbnb and when I contacted the customer service of the so called hotel they cancelled MY reservation saying that it appears that I am the one that made the booking two weeks ago, that it is not their fault and NOONE ever came to speak to me! They just cancelled our reservation and we were left at the street with no room and on the phone with booking customer service for 6 hours. Stay away from that place!

I feel cheated. These rooms don't match the images shown online. The price is a rip-off for what they offer. The house's condition is deplorable: damp, dirty, deteriorating walls, and the sheets felt worn and wrinkled. The supposedly shared kitchen is a space under the stairs. The terrace is a wasteland with dried-out plants and dirt on the floor. We went to a hotel and are going to claim our money back. It's unacceptable to offer accommodation in these conditions by deceiving people with photos that are no longer true.

This particular accommodation is awful. The photos have nothing to do with reality. Old construction, the room was dirty, with a broken bed, a broken door frame, the bathroom door wouldn't close, so to go to the toilet you had to be alone in the room. Also, the toilet door had a crack as if someone had punched the door. The sheets might have been clean but wrinkled. No matter how many times I asked them to clean it and even though I complained, they didn't know English and kept saying yes we Will. The rooms were cleaned by men so imagine what work they did. It should be immediately excluded from booking. It was not worth its money for any reason. Fortunately, we found and booked elsewhere but we spent 3 nights there.

The rental of this room does not even deserve one star as it was so dirty and unsanitary. Does not match the photos in any way. No electricity in the bathroom and stained sheets. No response from the pseudo owner after my calls and emails. To be banned from your rentals!!!!
