Clean, charming, and very romantic rooms. The staff was very helpful and attentive. Upon arrival, you'll find fresh flowers with a welcome message. The location is very central. Excellent hotel.

I used their luggage store service. When I asked when I picked it up if I could use the restroom, I got the answer it is only for customers. Thank you for sending me to the public toilets with all my luggage for the airport and not treating me as the paying customer I was. Other places at the restaurants even let me use their toilet for free when I was not their customer and offered to pay, sadly there is definitely a huge lack in service and kindness here.

I can say I left a piece of my heart. I've never stayed in such a refined environment. The location, the cleanliness, and the courtesy are indescribable. If you can, stop by and it was a pleasure to stay.

Staff was rude. We rented a locker for luggage storage, but she declined our request to use the bathroom, and her attitude was poor.
