Hotel Mamounia Boutique

First of all we came to the hotel and the receptionist was on the bar. After we made the payment when you got into the elevator we saw a lot bunch of dirty blankets from the employees that was cleaning the room. When we came inside of the room we couldn’t find any air conditioner controller, even the receptionist said we don’t have non of these here. The bathtub glass was broken. But the main reason why I give 0 star is that early in the morning aroud 8:30am one of 2 girls that hotels had it was trying to get in the room without any permission and after she tried the room card she immediately opened the door and saw me and my wife sleeping in the bed in a really privacy zone. I cannot tolerate this thing that she did, it breaks the client privacy like that. Very unprofessional staff ! If I could give -100 review i would do it right away TOTALY DISASTER ! AWFUL 🤮
