Use the escalator or elevator from the 1st floor entrance to the 3rd floor of the main lobby. The reception staff are friendly. The breakfast buffet is very good.

Dene opplevelsen var langt under this man was forvente i forhold til prizen på oppholdet. It is worth more than 16,700 NOK for 4 netter, men are free to rent a car and have a home for a home and a hotel in the middle of the year. Under oppholdet: It can also be used to clean the forest. This can be used either. First of all, there is a possibility that the hotel is located under the old house. Service is available. This experience was below par considering the cost of the stay. Over 16,700 NOK was paid for 4 nights, yet some basic services were not provided at the level expected of a hotel in this price range. During the stay: The room was not cleaned despite being requested. No new towels or trash bags were provided. Breakfast was clearly affected by the strike, with limited options that didn't meet the needs of many families or children. We were charged the full price for breakfast despite the noticeable drop in service. The hotel acknowledged that the strike impacted the guest experience, but the proposed solution was limited to compensation that could be used on a future visit, even though we explained that we are international visitors and unlikely to return. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend the hotel under the current circumstances. The service is extremely poor. Be careful and pay attention. I will attach their email to my request. They took two days to reply and then gave me a poor offer two days later. When will I visit again? There is absolutely no professionalism in this.

If you have an upcoming booking at this hotel, be prepared to be charged the full, regular rate for a completely indifferent guest experience. The hotel is currently facing an employee strike, which means there is no room cleaning. More critically, there is currently no running water for showers, brushing teeth, or toilets. Management dismisses this as a ‘local issue,’ but given that the municipality provided advance public notice of these maintenance works, it is obvious they were completely unprepared and failed to alert guests or implement any contingency plans. It is impossible not to suspect that this lack of response is intentional; the management seems completely unbothered by the impact on guests. I advise future guests to consult the Bergen kommune emergency dispatch website during their visit. You may need to use browser translation from Norwegian but it is essential for staying informed when the hotel fails to do so.
