Bertoni

I went to Bertoni to look at a jacket. Unfortunately, I found the customer service to be very unpleasant. The employee I had this experience with, a thin and blond young man, followed me with a constant and intense gaze throughout the store. There was no smile, no friendliness and no normal customer contact. Even when I was going to change, I felt watched. This is perceived as poor customer service and does not create a safe or comfortable atmosphere for customers. However, I would like to clarify that this concerned one specific employee, and that I have previously had good experiences with other employees here. It is a shame, because I enjoyed shopping in this store.

Great service, bought a full suit with shoes and everything, very satisfied! Recommended :)

We stopped by to buy a suit, and received very good service. It's not that common to find in Oslo anymore! I recommend taking the trip.

Formerly exceptional clothing store, now disappoints with abysmal customer service. unhelpful staff overshadow any appeal left in the clothing collection. Not recommended anymore.
