A very nice hotel. A great base for sightseeing. The rooms are clean and cozy. The service is friendly. Breakfast is very good with a beautiful view of the fjord. A big plus is the ability to sit in the lobby with delicious coffee, or tea if you prefer. My only complaint is that the bathroom was out of soap and shampoo. Despite reporting this to the staff, they didn't replenish it. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this hotel.

Very central hotel with not too small rooms and good breakfast.

This hotel deserves so much more recognition! Finding accommodation this accessible and reasonably priced in a city like Tromsø is already a rare surprise, but the quality of the stay blew all my expectations out of the water. First off, the location is 100% ideal. Getting here straight from the airport by bus is completely effortless, and being right next to the central bus and ferry station makes exploring the area seamless. You are perfectly positioned in the heart of town with everything within easy walkable reach. After having some pretty disappointing hotel experiences across Europe, finding this place felt like a dream, especially when it came to the breakfast. Calling it just "included" doesn't do it justice. It was fantastic, offering an incredible variety of both international staples and delicious local specialties. Being able to enjoy a authentic Norwegian waffle with butter and traditional brown cheese right at the hotel was such a special touch! On top of that, having complimentary tea, coffee, and water available 24/7 was a good enough bonus. The room itself was charming and cozy, featuring a great private bathroom, which is such a relief to find at a budget-friendly rate without having to compromise on comfort. The entire team contributed to a fantastic atmosphere, with the staff being exceptionally kind, gentle, and welcoming. This stay was an absolute success from start to finish. I would return in a heartbeat and cannot recommend this place highly enough to anyone visiting Tromsø!

Clean, comfrotable, and stylish accomodation in a perfect location. Great interior. Friendly staff. Exceptionally great breakfast. Not everyone is fond of soft beds and thin pillows, though, but they seem to be the default option in Norway.
