Albufeira Beach Hotel

The hotel couldn't be more centrally located. Perfect for young people. Attentive, friendly, and helpful staff. I would definitely stay again 👍👍🏽

I stayed at Albufera Beach Hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The hotel is right next to loud bars and party areas, which was never mentioned in the listing. The noise went on until around 4 AM, making it impossible to sleep. The hotel provides earplugs, but that doesn’t make up for the lack of proper information before booking. Guests are required to wear a wristband during the entire stay, which I wasn’t told about beforehand — it was uncomfortable and irritated my skin. The staff were often rude and unhelpful, especially one receptionist, Antonio, whose behavior made me feel very unwelcome. One night, they even called my room at 2 AM to ask for an iron I had borrowed earlier. On top of that, we only received one room key for two people and had to pay a deposit for a second one. Overall, the stay felt unpleasant, stressful, and nothing like the relaxing holiday I expected.

Its an ok hotel if you like listening to loud music and loud large crowds from 7pm to 4am. Hotel tried by supplying ear plugs. Pictures shows breakfast on site, not true, need to walk to local restaurant for breakfast. Ten minute walk to the beach, which was fine, many restaurants in the area. Bruno at reception was very welcoming, genuine and helpful, and beach towels and umbrella supplied at no charge, the reason for 5 stars for service. Originally wanted to charge 10€/hour for early check in, when we refused, manager allowed us to check in early with notes. If using the safe, need to leave a 50€ refundable deposit for key and lock. No ice available, had to go to the bar across the road to ask for some. Overall, if you go for loud music and all night party, this is the place fir you, if you want a quiet night, go elsewhere.

Its OK. Antonio is no fun though Better than staying in the beach...

This hotel is located right in the center of Albufeira, but the noise level is unbearable. As if the outside noise wasn't enough, the reception staff were making a racket until 3 a.m., completely disregarding the guests. Furthermore, the service leaves much to be desired. They didn't even help us with all our luggage, and the website doesn't mention that there's no elevator. I certainly wouldn't recommend this hotel at all.

We spent eight days at this hotel. The location is ideal and we slept soundly. However, housekeeping wasn't done every day; we had to ask for it each time, which is really unacceptable for a hotel. Furthermore, once it was cleaned, we found our pajamas thrown on the floor on top of our shoes—very poor. Some of the staff need improvement, especially one in particular who was extremely haughty and rude, very disrespectful, always raising his eyebrows when asked a question—a complete lack of professionalism. It's a shame I don't know his name. They treat guests like prisoners if they have their wristbands, yet they let in completely drunk English people who force their way into the hotel rooms at 5:00 AM, screaming for 30 minutes. Despite everything, we would still recommend this hotel, but only for a very short stay.

Worst hotel ever. The manager came in and searched our room in the morning while we were sleeping, even though we had a "Do Not Disturb" sign. A woman with glasses who only cares about money; if you lose your card or wristband, you have to pay. The room safe costs €50. The elevator is always out of order.

This hotel is terrible except for its location. Many of the lights in the rooms don't work. The staff are unfriendly. There's music until 4 am. It calls itself a beach hotel, but it doesn't have a beachfront area or sunbeds. You have to pay other businesses for sunbeds. In short, don't stay here if you have no other choice.
