My Story Hotel Ouro

We had a wonderful time during our city trip at this beautiful hotel. It has a central location and is close to the metro and tram lines. The rooms are beautiful; not too large, but functional and fine. The rooms are very clean and equipped with lovely box-spring beds and Rituals products in the bathroom. The breakfast is also great, with plenty of choice and something for everyone. The staff is friendly and happy to help. Despite the hotel being located on a busy street, you experience little disturbance from the bustling city life inside. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning. All in all, a nice hotel and we will certainly recommend it to others!

Great stay at My Story Hotel Ouro. We were warmly welcomed by the receptionist. The check-in process was very pleasant, and we left the reception as ‘Angel’ and ‘Devil’. We’ll leave it up to you to decide who is who 😂. We had an early arrival, and unfortunately, the room was not yet ready. There was space where we could leave our suitcases. The breakfast is fine. Plenty of choice. The area where breakfast is served is a bit cramped, but it works. The room is very good. Not very spacious, but that will likely be the case in most city hotels. The bathroom is good, with nice Rituals products (shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap). If desired, you can get clean sheets and towels daily. There is also the option not to choose this. There is a bottle of drinking water in the room which is also replaced daily. We had a street-facing room. With the window open, you hear a lot of noise. The street is busy, and you regularly hear sirens and honking. With the windows closed, this noise is not that bad and is not bothersome. The hotel's location is perfect. There are plenty of shops, bakeries, and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Metro Baixa-Chiado is a 3-minute walk away, and Rossio is about an 8-minute walk away.

Great location in the heart of Lisbon and very convenient for walking to restaurants, attractions, and transit. The hotel was clean, modern, and the staff were friendly. The main downside was the room size. It was extremely small — there was barely enough space to move around the bed, and getting to the other side almost required climbing or jumping onto the bed itself. Fine for a short stay if location matters most, but something to keep in mind if you prefer more space.

A very good hotel for a stay in Lisbon, with very pleasant staff, but be aware that they don't speak French. The hotel is perfectly located just a few hundred meters from Praça do Comércio and the train stations.

We went for lunch and they charged us €11.80 for the service. It's a rip-off.

Small rooms. Fine for a couple of nights.

We went two days ago for a stopover and were truly surprised. Lisbon is a beautiful place and the hotel was very nice. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. It's highly recommended.

Only went there for dinner. Pizza Margherita was hard and cheese was burnt, ordered picanha medium rare but came medium and because they were thin sliced, it was dry and not edible. Returned it for a medium rare sirloin, but came too rare and chewy. The seafood pasta tasted OK, but the pasta was overcooked. The only good thing was the service and they were very friendly and helpful with sending the food back. Too bad they have to be the face for a bad kitchen.

Just returned from a four night stay at MyStory Hotel. The location is so central and perfect for exploring this beautiful city. The reception staff were all really friendly and helpful. The room had everything that we needed, and immaculate. We would definitely stay there again
