Fine room, you get what you pay for. The showers (shared) are dirty though! And the staff is very unfriendly; they couldn't even manage a hello.
I booked three nights, expecting be able to use the hostel installations. When I arrived I was informed the co-working space and rooftop are closed. And the pool is quite dirty with oily water and garbage at the button. It is definitely a trap and show how the management doesn’t care about guests, they care about the money
Receptionist didn’t really speak English. We had 3 different reservations but for the same room type - it took her a while to figure it out, even though we explained couple of times. Room was clean but didn’t have even basic appliances like kettle or coffee maker. Pool was extremely dirty! Additionally, the rooftop was closed as well as coworking space which we really counted on. None of this was mentioned on the website during booking. Unfortunately our excitement was instantly replaced by disappointment ☹️
Great stay and huge value for your money - from the competent reception to the clean rooms.
Hello, do you know how to contact the hotel because I would like to change my arrival date and the number provided doesn't work; in fact, no one answers. Thank you.
Unfortunately, disappointing. If you look at the pictures on the website and then visit the hotel with those expectations, you might initially think you've come to the wrong place. Sadly, it's in a very worn and dilapidated state and in need of renovation. The counter and the bar/breakfast area were dark and closed due to renovations. The service was correspondingly poor. Only the rooms are clean and comfortable, but even here there are drawbacks, such as a broken soap dispenser and blocked windows.
Amazing experience at this accommodation! There are plenty of places around to eat, and Pink Street for nightlife is also close. There was no kettle in the room, but it was on the ground floor, so you could make your own tea/coffee! Totally recommend!
