WOT New Lisbon Social

Excellent hostel! The staff are friendly and attentive, and the place is really lovely! The shared spaces are well-equipped with a ball pit, board games, a pool table, and foosball 😊 We were on the women's floor; the decor was very cute, and you need a key to get in, so it was very secure 👍 Delighted with this short stay where I met some really cool people in a warm atmosphere!

Everything about this place was a 10/10 experience. After moving between cities and trying other hostels, nothing compared to WOT. Whenever we were unsure where to stay, we always found ourselves coming back here. If you’re deciding between places, save yourself the trouble and choose WOT. It’s social, fun, welcoming, and most importantly, safe. We couldn’t recommend it more!

Stayed here, not just once, but came all the way back to Lisbon and our same trip to stay here again! We absolutely loved everything about this place and could easily call at our home. Best hostel experience ever!

If you're not coming for the low price, don't come. The hostel is in a beautiful historic building, but the rooms and bedding are from another era. There's a lot of noise at all hours of the night in the rooms and dormitories; while this is normal for a hostel, this one is particularly poorly insulated. No air conditioning, regular cleaning, but only three toilets for the entire floor, so they're sometimes very dirty. Woodworms in the rooms—harmless but annoying. Given the overall hygiene, I didn't try the ball pit.

really enjoyed my stay here, staff were really helpful. the room was comfy and plenty of storage for my bags. the bathrooms were good, stayed on a female only floor which could only be accessed by key card. breakfast was nice too

Front desk was very helpful, Location was about 30 minutes to the cathedral, rooms were simple and perfect!

Super basic Nice atmosphere

Wonderful location very walkable to many places and absolutely lovely staff!!! Cleaning came around every morning so anything was kept nice and clean. Ball pit was my favourite haha
