Good quiet location, close walking distance to stores and restaurants

Overall a nice hotel, what is important to note is that there is no service at the reception, everything is done remotely (we didn't know that before). Besides, the pictures really don't reflect the condition of the hotel. The hotel looks sad from the outside, the glass at the entrance was shattered (they did put more glass on it, but you can still see a big crack), the lobby looks neglected (the pink chairs in the lobby are dirty and the whole area there looks really uninviting). The room itself was fine, except that there was no proper ventilation and there was a suffocating smell, even after we left the window open the whole time and turned on the air conditioner. Still, the room was clean and cozy and there was everything we needed, plus they made sure to come and clean and tidy every day, which was very nice. The staff's service is very fast and available, and yet I felt that they were a bit impatient and didn't like many questions, since we had quite a few. The location is nice, yes you have to get around by public transport if you want to get to the main points of interest in Bucharest, but the public transport is excellent and there is also a bus stop.

In the terms and conditions of the hotel it is stated everyone who stays here gets a free breakfast. When I called the hotel in the morning to ask about it, I was yelled at. I was then told if I can show them on the website where it is written free breakfast, they will give me a free breakfast. I showed them, and I was yelled at again.

Excellent hotel in a splendid location. Be warned that everything is automated.
