The staff were very friendly and helpful upon our arrival. The large, spacious room was also a definite plus. However, it was on the fourth floor, and the hotel has no elevator. Unfortunately, the room's cleanliness left much to be desired. Breakfast was also disappointing, as it consisted of a pre-made plate with no choice. Much of it wasn't to our liking. The location is okay, but in our opinion, there are better-located accommodations in Bucharest. Overall, it was an average stay with its ups and downs.

We were given a shabby attic room on the fourth floor with no elevator and no help carrying our luggage. The blankets were disgusting, the air conditioner didn't work. Unfortunately, we paid before we saw the room, and despite that, we decided to give up the money and escape the room to another hotel.

Excellent friendly staff. Nothing too much trouble.

Find something else; don't waste your money on this. The rooms were small and unhygienic. I had to stand sideways in the shower to fit, and the shower drain was tiled over and then a hole sawn into it, resulting in a 10cm hole in your shower. A colleague couldn't even unpack his suitcase because otherwise the door wouldn't open. We were told that this was the "emergency room" when they were fully booked; to us, it looked more like an old broom closet. If you're full, you're full, it seems to me. These kinds of solutions are abnormal. The staff was very unfriendly and antisocial. If you asked for something, they would get into an argument, and you were the problem. The man working the night shift smoked in the restaurant every night, resulting in breakfast being much more unpleasant the next morning due to the smell. Another colleague had bedbugs, and there was no apology for this either, just that we should book another hotel for him. Absolutely unacceptable, find another hotel for your vacation and rest!

Very bad, certainly not hospitable. We stayed here for several days and didn't see any cleaning. The promised air conditioning was unavailable and we couldn't get the remote control because the hotel staff thought the outside temperature was still too low; just open a window was the response. One other colleague had a lot of bugs in his bed and the other had a broken shower. Skip this hotel and look for another solution for an overnight stay.
