Nice hotel with friendly service. The building is very beautiful, but dated. The biggest plus is the location in the Old Town.

Don't book at this scandalous hotel

Dear Management, I would like to express my deepest disappointment and total dissatisfaction with my stay at your property from March 27 to 30, 2026. What I experienced was simply unacceptable and far below any minimum standard a hotel should guarantee. Throughout my stay, my sleep was severely compromised by constant noise in the hallway caused by clearly intoxicated guests, as well as a party held inside the property with extremely loud music that continued until 3:00 a.m. Added to this was an equally intolerable hygiene situation: the bathrooms in the rooms emitted a very strong and persistent sewage odor, which was never resolved despite the completely improvised and ineffective intervention of the staff. Although the inconvenience was immediately reported to the reception, no concrete solution was provided. Even more serious was the complete lack of transparency: neither your website nor any booking portals contained any notice regarding the event, preventing me from making an informed decision or canceling my reservation in time. The constant noise and the inability to rest caused a genuine physical discomfort due to sleep deprivation, turning what should have been a pleasant stay into an extremely negative experience. I find it unacceptable that a property listed on booking platforms should fail to meet basic requirements such as respecting guests' rest and providing accurate advance notice of potentially disruptive events. In light of the seriousness of the situation, I formally reiterate my request for a full refund of the amount paid, as already communicated to your manager yesterday evening. Awaiting your prompt and concrete response on how you intend to remedy this situation, I send you my sincere regards. And as a result, we are still waiting for the refund as agreed with management. Absolutely shameful. Do not book with this place.

Hard to find! Use address to find it. Location is realy cood if you want hotel from old town. Pictures of the rooms are not like reality. It was not as historical as pictures. No hairdryers, toilet made terible sound. Cheap.

Great location in the heart of the old town, beautiful old house, friendly staff

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a few days. The location is very central, and the front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The place is an older building with a distinctive style, but it's objectively very beautiful. Our room was nice, although a little cold. The only major drawback was the strong sewer smell in the bathroom, which subsided after a few days and, if we didn't close the bathroom door, would permeate the entire room. We also found the noise at certain times of the night due to the men's club located just below. Overall, the price was good for its location; and for a couple of days, it's perfectly acceptable!

A unique hotel in the heart of the city! Located in a building from the last century.

Disgusting! Please do not waste your time or money. You walk into a dirty, musty smelling building. Up to the 1st floor, the apartment we booked was def nothing like what was advertised! No mini fridge, sofa bed, sitting area, dining table. I a narrow corridor and old broken desk, fridge in the floor, an old dirty settee (not a sofa ged) the bedroom was hideous, no luxury. Please, do not waste your money! This is a 1 star MAXIMUM

Hotel located in the very center of the city. Dilapidated historic building.

Very central comfortable hotel. Slightly old flashy presentation but all the better for that. Good service and large comfortable rooms 2 & 3.
