Flying Circus Cluj

Flying Circus is a pub and club on Strada Universității in the university quarter of central Cluj-Napoca. It draws a student-heavy, alternative crowd, and older community guides describe it as a place where queer people are comfortable and where occasional gay parties have been held. It is a mixed, gay-friendly venue, not a gay bar, and we found no regular queer nights there for 2025-2026. It gets busiest late at weekends during term time. Published opening hours differ between listings, so check its social pages before going.
